Concerned about people's health

Good day. I don't know if being a foreigner in South Africa is a crime on its own. Just because you don't have money to pay at the hospital you have to die. I was sick bleeding to death was told to go back home and must come back in September when I have the money. I don't know if this is how black people treat each I understand law is law but wow some situations need to be taken care of then see how we can arrange for payment but at least get help.
