Please beware of this company. Placed an order for a Sunblock which wasn't delivered. There is no contact number for this business which sends a red flag. Unfortunately, I didn't realise this before placing the order. I emailed them but there was no response. Messaged them on Facebook messager and I was blocked. Not a pleasant experience.

Had a great experience with this team, I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, after I had taken delivery, I reached out the team to explain. No questions asked they assisted promptly and professionally. Was a absolute joy. Thanks Dorah and team for your efforts.

I've recently ordered for Cosmetic SA and had a problem with an item that was short. I emailed them and immediately got a response back aswell as a call to apologize and my item will be shipped shortly. Great job Cosmetic SA.

So I ordered a sunglasses from cosmetic SA on the 4th of December with the promise of 3 to 5 days delivery..... Today is the 18th of December and I have not received anything. All I get is we are dealing with a 3rd party who is in charge of delivery and I've phoned this courier company a million times with no answer. Now I must chase around for the item I paid cosmetic SA for. There's no call back to explain what is going on and why I have not received my order. I have to chase courier company which gives u the run around. I just want what I paid for or my money back. It's a disgrace really. I'm so tired of phoning all these people. Please just refund me. Please

They deserve more than 5 stars. I have placed an order Friday after 14h00 and they delivered Monday just after 9am. Incredible fast delivery with all my products ordered. This is what I call service excellence. Thank you Cosmetics SA.

Very shoddy service, 'chat' on their site doesnt get response. 3 days to reply to emails. Zero after sales service for refunds as customer has to pay for shipping back and forth. Im in cape town, so i paid R99 shipping, sunglasses arrived with boxes bent and cracked, sunglasses were way bigger than pictures and did not fit my head, but to return it to them for R150 plus R99 and then they probably wont accept the return because the boxes are damaged already... Also says 'return within 7 days' and 'return within 14 days' of receiving item, in the same paragraph in their policy. So which one is it? Paid R600, so i have to pay close to R300 in shipping to get my refund. no thanks. I wont be shopping with this company again.

1st time placing an order and was called by the delivery person to say they cant deliver at my house because they experience robberies we have to meet at a post office . so I explained that I am in the office , decided to change the delivery address to my work place and gave the address. Which they said it will be okay . I get a call from delivery office after 2 days later to say my package returned because they didn't know which building from my work place and I remember mentioning which building while changing the address . Couldn't they call me ? Or go to the reception cause the receptionist would have called me instead of leaving with my package? I am so annoyed with Fastway couriers with the service received.
