Birthday cake

My son's birthday was a flop because of a cracky cake.he couldn't even recognise himself on the cake.I have been trying to get hold of them but they don't answer their phone.the guy I spoke to on Monday said he will tell the manager to call me till today.even the name on the cake was wrongly spelled
