Cotton Road bag

I bought a Cotton Road bag from the gift shop at Ngwenya Lodge in March this year (2021). 6 Months later and the color is coming off the bag and this is not even from every day usage. 3 Emails to the company has had no response. Don’t bother buying their bags.
