COUNCIL SOLUTIONS BEWARE

We engaged Paid Council Solutions to assist with disputing our electricity account and paid R7440.00 IN OCTOBER 2025 & R8,850.00 IN NOVEMBER 2025 Since payment, they have not responded to our calls, emails, or messages.

They were very quick to issue an invoice and made numerous promises, but there has been no follow-through.

We are extremely concerned and fear we may have been ****med. We urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
