my company employed the director of Counter Active as a financial manager between 2009-2012. Jaco Swart, the director of Counter Active absconded with 6 months vat payments, causing my company Solartech to face SARS with allegations of VAT avoidance for 6 million Rand. We were able to settle the missing vat payments which were not paid , and unable to locate Jaco Swart until 2021. Use Counter Active at your own risk.
