Clearance certificate

Good day Last year I found out that I was put under debt review by this company,they asked me to pay all my accounts and I did,since December until now,I haven't received my clearance certificate and the lady put my name there,is rude,unprofessional and she's a ****,she doesn't even have proof that I went to them asking for help,I paid my debts alone without any help from them and now im struggling to get what I want due to this,to be honest this company should be closed cause even if you try to call,their phones go straight to voicemail and the lady herself,doesn't reply my WhatsApp messages or answer my phone calls.
