Debt Review Death on it own

I was called by one consultant in 2020 from this company called Covidebt and they took all my documents and they told me that they going to solve my problem of debt struggling they will put me on mediation but i found out they put me under debt review now am struggling i want them to cancel that for me and put me on Debt fredom again please
