***girls SA Supplements are the bomb!
I loved this product. Customer service is AMAZING but the results even more so. For the first time ever my hair stylist has had to thin my hair when cutting it. New growth is evident and I am beyond happy. I know what works for me not might work for someone else but personally, i cannot fault the team or the product.

I loved this product. Customer service is AMAZING but the results even more so. For the first time ever my hair stylist has had to thin my hair when cutting it. New growth is evident and I am beyond happy. I know what works for me not might work for someone else but personally, i cannot fault the team or the product.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am not happy with ***girls. My first order was delivered short with 1 item in December, I was told after they opened that it was human error and was refunded the money. Then I asked from to give me my full refund as they have a 90 days money back guarantee, still waiting. Last week Monday I was informed that they will confirm once my money is paid back. 1 WEEK LATER.. Still no refund. This morning again, after I AGAIN had to follow up, as I am not updated that they will inform me once it is done. WELL Refunds are only done MONDAYS, it is 15h32 and not done yet, which means I now have to wait another week!! THIS HAS BEEN ONE LONG DREATFULL NIGHTMARE. I read reviews and apparently the product is fantastic.. what about your CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THIS RUNS SHORT!! Every answer is prolonged, as well as my refund. I am really disappointed!!

NO GOOD
I ordered 3 tablets and 2 shampoos. When the order arrived only received 2 shampoos and 2 tablets. When sending a whatsapp, they are closed to JANUARY. First time ordering, and this is not great!!!. No availability of staff to rectify this..

***girls- disingenuous advertising for Black Friday
Very disappointed with this company-I found their advertising to be false and disingenuous. Advertising the product at less 50% only to be told when logging onto the website that you need to buy a range of products to get the discount- the advert alludes to single items and not bundle items. I approached ***girls to highlight the error, they will not entertain or accept what their advertising states- they admit to click bait advertising which they term ‘Partial information Advertising’ I have kept records of the adverts and my conversation with them. I ran a public poll on the adverts to see if was just me who was not understanding the advert- 10/10 responses agreed that the advert shows a single item off at less 50%- Once again- let me state ***girls was not willing to offer the 50% off as stated

***girls gone dead quiet!! No delivery!!!
I placed my order on the 31st of May 2024. To date I have had no updates on the progress, neither (hence this review) have I received any of the products I ordered. Emailed an inquiry, to which I got a cell number via an automated response and surprise surprise, the number does not work. Just an update would be greatly appreciated. So much for customer service

I was very impressed with this company's delivery, packaging and service. They kept me informed of the progress of my shipment. The product i bought I had used before: ***Girls Hair and Nails tincture, an excellent product for which you had offered a brilliant discount.

Cowgirls scam
Cowgirls , a hair care company, promises of 100% money back guarantee is fraudulent. I bought and used their products for 4 months and have seen none of the results they claim it has. When approached to ask about the money back guarantee, ( which states no questions asked on their website) I was informed that since I bought it from their stockist, Clicks , and not directly from them, they will not honor the guarantee. Not only does this product make false claims and does not work, the company, Cowgirls, doesn't stand by their guarantee.
