There is no burglar bars on the small window in the room. The bed has lumps ... very very very old bed. The bedding is nothing as advertised in the pictures. The bathrooms do not get cleaned. Filthy by the time we arrived. Book in is only at 15h00 so there is no time to get another place. Very old tiny curtain by the window. The only thing that was correct in their description of the place is that it is a very small room.... literally just a room. There is no place for your luggage or room to move in. You can just sit on the flea infestes bed. Booking.com needs to remove them from their site... disgusting. We could not even sleep there as we were itching all over. I am not using my exaggeration here. I sat at 19h00 on the bed crying and trying to make another plan by family very far away. Ended up going back to my daughters student room and slept on the floor by her for the night, as it was too late. The owner in Cape Town does not answer when you call her. Cynthia, be ashamed.
