Was number 8 when I logged on, 2 and a half hours later eventually got to number 1 then they ended chat stating 'No agents are available'.

Been a Caseware User for 21 years. The past 2 years the support service has been terrible. The call centre is bad. It used to be so good. It's a shame. The staff sound like they're having a party in the background and their knowledge is limited. It's frustrating trying to solve a problem. Even renewing licenses is frustrating and there are mistakes on the renewals. I have 6. Caseware used to be heroes for Accountants in practice.

Been a Caseware User for 21 years. The past 2 years the support service has been terrible. The call centre is bad. It used to be so good. It's a shame. The staff sound like they're having a party in the background and their knowledge is limited. It's frustrating trying to solve a problem. Even renewing licenses is frustrating and there are mistakes on the renewals. I have 6. Caseware used to be heroes for Accountants in practice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible call center service, no answers at reception on 50+ calls over 4 days and "live chat" feature response is non-existent. Waiting time on average is 40min when you are 1st in line (with no answer), live chat is 5-6 hours. Don't think if you have an "Accounts Manager" assigned to your profile that they will respond... they won't. There is no complaints portals or any email address to send to and no alternative numbers to call other than the useless service center. I have been experiencing the same template issues since 2020. It is pathetic that CQS/AdaptIT/CaseWare hasn't fixed it yet. I will be recommending Draftworx to all my clients going forward... Enough is enough.

I called Caseware and asked if I can receive training as an individual, and was advised that I need a license first, and then be trained as a "Caseware champion". So I requested a quote, and since then no one gets back to me. I left emails and no one answers, I called and am put through to the sales department, where the phone rings and no one answers. it's now been almost two weeks that I am chasing after Caseware, and I do need a license ASAP. This is very disappointing behavior by a company that is supposed to serve professionals.

The service I have been receiving from Caseware is very disappointing. I have been requesting for a password reset for the caseware community for 2 weeks but I’m not getting any joy. I don’t receive their links to reset, even on my junk mail there’s nothing. When I request again the link I get doesn’t give me an option to reset the password, the other incident I reset the password successfully but when I try to login in again it rejects my newly created password. I’m very disappointed with their service and I have mentioned this issues on the chat service but no one is bothering themselves to assist promptly

We found that the service provided by CaseWare to be excellent. Consultants are helpful and the training facilitator was outstanding. Kedidimetse was patient and so helpful. We came away from that week very confident about what we need to do going-forward. We are looking forward to more informative and beneficial sessions with the company.
