Think twice on doing business with CR8 Carpentry / Igsaan Dalwai

Order was placed for a mantelpiece, design finalised, deposit paid and the delivery date promised by Igsaan Dalwai. On the delivery date Igsaan advised that he is suffering from a concussion and cannot deliver. The following day it turns out that he was nowhere near finished. Having requesting photos of the progress it transpires that Igsaan tried to pass off a different design and not what has been signed off. Being already late and not per the approved design the order was cancelled since Igsaan advised that he can no longer get the required parts per the approved design that he promised (in writing!) that he would deliver. Igsaan promised a refund but has since stopped taking calls / replying to messages. Think twice about doing business with this company / person.
