Disappointing experience

we had high tea at the the room for mother's day. The service did not provide any direction and there seem to be no etiquette a high tea demands. The morsels provided hardly satisfied the price paid and I feel that the menu advertised is misleading as to what you receive. The cake was terribly dry. I wrote an email to the store expressing my disappointment, but received no reply!
