Pathetic Vet service
After spending over R7000 in tests and medication the Vet treating my dog had no actual answers to any questions we had and just want to carry on with the world of excuses. We got our animal back covered in fences after tests were done for a second time. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusted with this practise. Perhaps they can stop practicing and actually get competent people to work here. I am appalled by there knowledge of animals and animals care. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE RATHER GO ANYWHERE ELSE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Thanks for all your best efforts
Thanks to the team at Cradle Vet for all they tried to do to save our pup Diesel. I know that the prognosis was bleak from when we brought him in, but we appreciate all the efforts that you put into trying to save him. We are heartbroken that he didn't make it, but appreciate all the communication and support from everyone in your team. You kept us constantly up to date on his progress and immediately let us know when his little heart couldn't hold out any longer. Despite our loss, you will definitely see us again for all our other pups. Thanks again for all you tried to do to help us. Diesel will forever be a part of our family.

Cradle Vet Bird and Animal Hospital
My cat Princess Isabel got injured and we took her to Cradle Vet Bird & Animal Hospital. I would like to thank everyone who had a hand in looking after her. She is home - her wound has healed very well and apart from still walking into everything due to the cone around her neck she is so much better. She was away for nearly a week so I was more traumatised than my cat. Thank you so much for looking so well after her - we are so thankful. Zenobia and Jeff
