Disgusting ETHICS displayed by Mall Management
I was parked at the Cradlestone Mall on the 26 August 2023. A construction company renovating (w3o) at the mall, opened the gate purposefully / negligently onto my vehicle causing damages around R 18 000. The entire incident was captured on CCTV and was verified by mall security. I was in touch with mall management, and they were very supportive, and verified the incident, only when they realised there Indemnity insurance was not going to pay. SINCE THEN THE MALL MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALLS. To date I have not been re-imbursed a cent from the mall nor w3o Construction. In my view the ETHICS of the mall management is really poor, and people SHOULD AVOID USING THIS MALL AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid Cradlestone Mall
Trying to enjoy a nice cup of coffee this morning, but had to walk out because alarms at Truworths & Focini keeps ringing in my ears. Staff and Security seems oblivious. Bad atmosphere and disturbing. Avoid Cradlestone Mall.

Bad Experience
Always loud Blaring Alarms! Always Truworths! Always the excuse of "Because of Loadshedding". Even when there is no loadshedding! I don't believe that is still acceptable as a valid excuse! Why does other Malls not have the same problem?

Bad Experience

Bad Customer service and Disrespectful staff
Went to Cradlestone Mall yesterday afternoon to buy a few things when I got to the tills got helped buy one disrespectful young girl who pushed the swiping machine to me then I asked to talk to me, then she said I must tell her that and she screaming at me, she went on telling me not to come with my issues,I then asked why is she shouting but at me but then went on telling me that she can say whatever that she wants to say and she call the Manager if I want her to. A light skinned lady with short hair who also works as a cashier was called to be the Manager yesterday,,she asked me what happened the same rude girl responded but I could answer…the Staff is annoyingly Disrespectful.

The Ultimate Mall
Cradlestone Mall is a very consumer friendly mall. The layout of the mall is spacious and allows for the free flow of shoppers even in peak periods. The other big plus of Cradlestone Mall is the ample parking both open air and covered. This is further enhanced by the ample size of the parking bays that allow for large vehicles, such as Bakkies and 4 x 4 and Vans to park leaving space to open the doors. Overall the shopping experience at Cradlestone Mall is stress free.

System to suite Mall and not clients when paying for parking
Why are the parking payment machines not setup to give notes as change? Its very irritating to insert a R50 note and get a bucket full of coins as change. This might suite the OPERATOR but definitely not the clients. The lady in front of me commented she feels as though she is at a casino hitting the jackpot when the coins come tumbling down. ALL other malls that we visit give notes!!
