Craft pipes biggest liar scammers
Ordered some products in June. Lots of whatzapp messages and emails later.. Always some sort of excuse when we phone. Now Willem has just stopped taking our calls or messages, the Facebook page is removed and the website closed down. How will we get a refund???? Biggest liar.

Shocking Service and Scammer Willem Theron
I paid a deposit on 5 dining room chairs on the 4th of August 2022 for R5120.00. Willem has disappeared with my money and he is nowhere to be found and also does not answer his phone. I see now on the web that he is flagged as PERMANENTLY CLOSED. My order no is CPQ0000662. I see the address is 12 De Villiers Street, Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton Park

Shocking Service and Scammer Willem Theron

Craft Pipes unreliable
Seems the wheels started coming off in April 2022. Ordered products from them which was good quality, delivered on time etc. Then second order…Placed order, waited and waited. Everytime I followed up the completion and delivery dat was pushed out. Last delivery date I got was 30 August. Only saw this morning(after follow up) that business is actually closed. Where is my product! Where is my refund!

Craft Pipes unreliable

BEWARE!!!!! Willem Theron is a SCAMMER !!!!
I paid for 2 shelves. After +2 months 1 was delivered. Shocking because it went into the bin. Wrong colour pipe. Shelves crooked ; did not fit in the corner. A10 year old would have done a better job. Disgusting!!! Willem Theron is a scammer. He still owes me 1 shelf which I paid for R1300. If I was in JHB area I would have driven to his house. Being in Cape Town my hands are tied

Beware SCAM!!!!!
BIG SCAMMER !!! Do NOT use this company. Take your money and at 1st makes multiple excuses from sanding still to be done, truck did not deliver bubble wrap, no electricity, weight difference at Courier Guy and they are keeping the parcel back. All this but could not give a tracking number. Willem Theron is a scammer!!!

Placed an order on 8 June . Paid 2223. Willem gave me the run around. ORDER NOT RECEIVED. No tracking number. Please read reviews before ordering and paying. He made a new excuse everytime I called him. Do not trust this guy!!!. He fulfils only certain orders. Willem Theron you should not operate a business if you cannot fulfill all orders. You should be ashamed that you take peoples money and don't deliver.
