A Crook with a crook
This Craig Vermaak is telling a lot of people that he is running 10 Complexes....So then it get critical...he is part of a puppet on the string....He send letters out not just any letters but threatened letters...then he go and registered is business only on the 21 of April 2022 but he is so called ADMINISTRATOR...He keeps a place in the red not trying to get any place out of the red...the places going under administration just to get upgrades done BUT according to the law you are not allowed to do any upgrades until the places are out of the red....but No....and also when you as a home owner try to contact him. You can't speak to him and you also cant even email him...he blocked out all his details so that nobody phone him or email him...so now this is light said THERE IS NO MEDICATION FOR STUPIDS...If you as for a quote then the people put your info on the quote...He And a certain managing agent....but like it is people think your name doesn't run BUT it does...I hope people see this and try not to get this people in the places
