Johan the manager is rude
Had an extremely horrible experience. Visited the restaurant on valentine's day and the manager- Johan was so rude as we wanted to share a combo meal - a 400g ribeye steak and 2 crawfish tails. We were not allowed to and the manager- Johan was nasty about it. How can a restaurant expect everyone to order a 400g steak and finish it. This restaurant does not care about the customer experience, only about taking your money for average over priced food

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food.
Terrible experience at the Crawdaddy’s in Centurion on Feb 3rd. My partner and I arrived for a meal at 7pm to an almost empty restaurant, however we only received our meals at 7:50pm. Not only was service very slow, the meal I ordered was a combo of chicken, prawns and rice , the prawns being extremely mushy (overcooked) and inedible. I tried my best to eat as much as I could but felt extremely ill 10mins into eating the prawns. I alerted the waiter of this who in turn had informed the manager. The waiter told us that the manager would address us at the table within a few minutes. We paid the full bill and waited but the manager never came. This was very disappointing and unexpected from such a well established restaurant in the area.

Bad behavior form the owner
We went there for mother's day. I made a booking for us. When we got there i was pushed out of the restaurant by the owner i was asking one of the waiter to show us to our table. At first the owner behavior did not bother us but half way through the evening he started using very poor language infront of children not to mention that he was so drunk. He shouted at our waiter while she was talking to us. His friend where throwing up at the table while we were eating. It is very disrespectful to do that at a restaurant. When we paid the bill and continued to walk out of the restaurant the owner decided to tell his friends what unfriendly people we are. As a owner that is very very bad reputation to your business.

Fabulous evening!
Had such a lovely time with family at this restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service was friendly and excellent. The craft beer was somewhat more expensive than we thought, but it was so nice that it does not influence my wonderful experience all that much. Keep up the good food and great service! Definitely recommended! #WIN

RACISM DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE
On Friday the 23rd of May 2021, my husband and I took our kids out to crawdaddys, we were extremely humiliated, we were the only non whites there, we received disgusting service we were starred at constantly, when we were having our last drink there, the waiter asked us how long we would be as that specific table was booked, there were many other empty tables and when booking a table no one books with the table number. I went onto Facebook and seen that there was a few other non whites who experienced this treatment as well.

Unethical establishment and management
Shocking and disgusting establishment!! I was shamed, verbally and physically intimidated and kicked out all because of BREASTFEEDING!!! This by who claims to be the manager and owners, Richard and his short counterpart. They did this in front of my kids. I have opened up a case against them accordingly. This is unacceptable behaviour in 2021, to harass 2 women and kids unprovoked and for something that is not abnormal nor illegal. Disgusting!!!

Crawdaddy's Eisbein is the BEST
The service was good and the food was amazing. I ordered the eisbein and the one i got was so big it looked like a full chicken on my plate until it was put in front of me and my eyes just went very big cause i have never seen anything like it....guys keep up the good work and great food.

Crawdaddy's Eisbein is the BEST
The service was good and the food was amazing. I ordered the eisbein and the one i got was so big it looked like a full chicken on my plate until it was put in front of me and my eyes just went very big cause i have never seen anything like it....guys keep up the good work and great food.
