Not worth the time or effort. They were posting job ads on LinkedIn and it’s clear it was all just fishing for candidates. You have less than zero chance of getting any of the jobs on that site and even less so if you are white

Definitely not the recruitment agency of choice for me. They predominiately recruit non whites for any role - even though they say that they don't. Secondly, when I did register with them, they wanted to put me forward for an "entry level, low paying sales rep job" in Pretoria. This is after they could clearly read on my CV and on my pay slips which I sent to them that I earned more money then their low paying job and I live in Alberton. Its absolutely shocking how many employment agencies like Crayon do not read CVs!

One of the best recruitment sites I have ever used. I got stuck with uploading my CV and I was assisted by Sian. Sian not only assisted me with getting my CV uploaded but also did a bit of an edit on it and even sent me detailed tips of where I could improve it. I am really grateful for the extra effort. Thanks, guys! :)

I have been registered on crayon for some time now, well before lockdown began, I was hooked by their interface and how easy to use it seemed but does it matter that it's easy to apply there and has all these fancy analytics used to rate you as an appropriate or inappropriate candidates like grit score and personality profiling when they're gonna use the old and conventional racial discrimination method to decide on whether or not you are to be hired, cover it up however you want however if I have been applying in diverse industries and some I have the relevant qualifications and years experience to be considered and yet all I ever receive are rejections or "job has been suspended" something doesn't seem to make any sense, never a single interview how efficient at discrimination is crayon really?

I registered on the Crayon.jobs job portal and i must say i was pretty impressed with their approach to recruitment. Upon registering and activating my account and doing the grit score, i applied for a post that was posted on their portal. I received the necessary assistance from Jessica upon being shortlisted and they made sure i was well prepped for my interview. I got the on my first application, one shot. Salute to Derrick and the Crayon team. Keep up the good wor****!!
