Booked video not available

<p>I booked a video Saturday morning at 09:00. The video attendant advised that there is already 4 bookings for the particular video, but since there is 5 copies, she can take my booking. When I visited the store at 18:00 to pick up my video, I was advised that the video is not available. I would have received a sms to come and collect it. Why go through the trouble of accepting bookings if  you cannot keep to your bookings? Will think twice before renting again or even making a booking.</p>
