I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from the assistant manager Tinyiko at Wonderboom Junction crazy pets on 02 June 2025 around 12:00 My 14-year-old daughter purchased a heavy bag of dog food, and despite our expectation of assistance, she was left to carry it herself. When I inquired about the lack of assistance, the assistant manager responded dismissively, questioning why I couldn't assist myself. I take issue with the tone and attitude displayed, particularly the implication that I owed her an explanation for my personal circumstances. As a customer, I expect respect and assistance, not condescension. I request that you take steps to address this incident, including: - Reviewing customer service training for staff - Ensuring employees understand the importance of respect and assistance I would appreciate your help and support Sincerely, Princess

Good day. Crazy Pets Boksburg. I have been using the store to buy pet supplies and dog food for a very long time. The service is great from the staff they are very friendly and helpful. I only buy tye adult Montego dog food 10kg (Monty and me). I have never had a problem with the food. I bought a 10kg bag on 30 April 2025. After I through it into the drum I saw that what looks like spider webs. The next day the drum was full of magets crawling underneath the lid and making nest. I am very disappointed as this is very disgusting. I know that magets is not harmful to dogs but the drum is in the house and still why will there be magets and magnet nests in a sealed bag????

A huge show of appreciation to Dipuo, the manager at Crazy Pets, Meadowdale Germiston. my cat suffered a serious injury to her tongue as a result of oral surgery and was not able to eat for three months and was on a feeding tube. In desperation I bought the Persian Kitten dry food to try to get her to eat but she refused the food. Dipuo had told me that if she does not eat it I was welcome to return it which I did as it was R499.00 per bag. I then exchanged the food for a cat fountain as I was also trying to get my cat to drink water. She even told me if the cat does not like the fountain bring it back. She showed enormous compassion towards me as I told her about my struggles to get my cat to eat and drink. Its not often you encounter such service which was combined with real compassion and caring which she demonstrated towards me. Thank you so much Dipuo, you are a huge asset to the store and I appreciate how you went out of your way to help. Great store and great staff. I cannot thank you enough.

I have not once, not that I go here much, had a good experience in the store. The service, at the Meadowdale Centre, to be specific, is very concerning. Went in on a Sunday, asked about the cat sand availability of same (on the special specifically) was told to come back on Monday as this is when they will receive stock again. Went in again the following Sunday, askedfor the same thing and was told by the one, to come in on Monday when they would receive stock and told by the other staff member that theres no stock - so whats the truth now? On my way out I was laughed at and made fun of in another language How the geck is this customer service,? Is this the type of service they have been trained to provide customers? Poor, pathetic and concerning!!

I would just like to give a huge shout out to Crazy Pets Meadowdale for their generous donation to Pet Rescue in Benoni. Pet Rescue which is a NPO, which is run by a mom and her daughter who have always managed to take care of those animals. They gave up of life's luxuries for the sake of all the animals :) Again WELL DONE CRAZY PETS MEADOWDALE!! P.S. Wouldn't it be great to get more Crazy Pet Stores from other areas to donate to them xx

CRAZY PETS KUILSRIVIER. I am very disappointed in the service and the way my 75 year old mother who rides a mobile SCOOTER because she cannot walk well got from the MANAGER BY THE NAME OF ANNA AT CRAZY PETS IN KUILSRIVIER. My mother were at Crazy Pets on the 10/10/2024. She were treated very bad by ANNA THE MANAGER of the store. ANNA told my mother that she cannot enter the store with her mobile scooter because her scooter will damage the floor of the store, and that she must wait at the door for assistance. When my mother came home she was very disappointed and sad and told me about the incident. I feel very disappointed for the way my mother were treated. And i feel if my mother were treated that way what about the people who are in wheel chairs. I feel that this is ************** against the old people and disabled people. IF CRAZY PETS DO NOT WANT PEOPLE WHO MAKE USE OF MOBILE SCOOTERS AND WHEEL CHAIRS IN THEIR STORES THAN THEY MUST PUT SIGNS AT THEIR STORES THAT SAY THEY ARE NOT WELCOME AND MUST NOT ENTER THEIR STORES.

CRAZY PETS KUILSRIVIER. My mother were at Crazy Pets on the 10/10/2024. She were treated very bad by ANNA THE MANAGER of the store. Crazy Pets Meadowdale sold me expired dog food. Go back today to return the expired 18kg bag of dog food, surprise, surprise, the balance of Montego Classic adult Infusion 18kg bags are all expired. We have to buy the 8 kg dog food bag, at least it is not expired. Please take care when purchasing your babies' food.

I am very dissatisfied with the store in Meadowdale Mall. Do not get me wrong, their staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell, That is not were my problem lies. My problem is this: does Crazy Pets live in another country other than South Africa? Why on earth do they not have a back up power source to keep the store open when the power goes off? I work hard for my money, and it irritates me so much if the store is closed due to loadshedding, resulting in me having to go to another store to buy my pet food, when they are the closest pet store to my house. Does Crazy pets not care about the fact the their clients have to then drive out extra petrol money (which not all of us have), just to get our pets their food? . My dogs only eat Ideal Pet food, and not all Pet stores sell that. Why do I have to go to another store that is open? This is really not on people, fix this problem please.
