Before I removed the injectors from my vehicle, I first waited for confirmation from the company that they were indeed able to repair them. After their feedback, we immediately made arrangements to get the injectors to them as soon as possible. Thinus (Manager) called me and indicated that two of the four injectors were faulty, but that no test report was available. He also recommended that all four be done since they work equally hard. I understood this and agreed. Shortly thereafter, the lady I was spoken to the whole time confirmed that they wanted to know if they could proceed with the work—I agreed, provided I first received a quotation. After receiving the quotation, however, I was then told that no parts were available. Furthermore, I was told that the testing was free and don't need to pay anymore and when I discovered that parts were missing from the injectors, I was offered, “out of goodwill,” a free injector without any warranty on start-up. According to (manager), the feedback was that only two injectors were faulty, but after further testing on another machine today, it now appears that all four are damaged. When I asked them to please give me feedback from the technicians I want answers I want the situation sorted and settled off, the manager just rep**** to me the situation is settled off, no apologies no explanations.

What ever you do, do not do business with this company, you WILL regret it. They insist on payment before doing anything WRT your diesel injectors. I sent it back 3 times already for it being faulty, and now they com up with every excuse in the book why I can not have my injectors back. Save yourself the pain. STAY AWAY from them....bad news!!!!! A Guy called katta is the biggest BS I have ever met...

Asked them to test injectors for a Tata Xenon as there was excessive smoke from the exhaust, but the vehicle was still running. They said it needed reconditioning and would cost R 20 000 to repair. Paid the R20 000 and fitted the injectors. The vehicle would not even start. Returned the injectors to them and now they say there is water and rust contamination. They had the injectors tested by McKenzie Diesel whom gave the report and also does not have a good review on hellopeter.com. The vehicle did not even start with these injectors, so how can it be contaminated ?
