Misrepresentation
The owner is incredibly unprofessional and abrupt. I disliked every minute of being there. I have trauma from this place. The class was also misrepresented and the owner ignored my WhatsApp messages as to why she changed the class without informing me.

The class you attended was a Beginner Royal Icing Cookies class, where the basic decorating techniques were demonstrated and practiced during the workshop. The class content therefore was not misrepresented.
Your statement that you “disliked every minute” is clearly a personal opinion, however this does not mean the class was incorrectly advertised or delivered.
Regarding your WhatsApp messages: I did in fact respond to your messages, including those sent after business hours, in an attempt to address your concerns. However, once the messages became rude and defamatory, further communication was no longer constructive and was therefore discontinued.
This workshop is specifically designed to teach beginners the fundamental royal icing cookie decorating techniques, which is exactly what was covered during the class.

The Royal Icing Cookie class you attended on 13 December 2025 was presented as a beginner hands-on workshop where students are guided through decorating techniques and practice these skills during the session. The purpose of the class is to teach piping and decorating techniques rather than focus on a specific seasonal design.
All participants in the class completed their decorated cookies and were guided through the techniques during the workshop.
With regard to your claim that your messages were ignored, communication channels are sometimes limited after a dispute has escalated, particularly where communication becomes unproductive.
It is also important to note that since this matter arose, several unexplained one-star ratings have appeared on my Google Maps business profile from accounts that are unknown to me and who have not attended any classes at my studio. These suspicious reviews are currently being investigated and reported to Google as potential spam or coordinated activity.
I remain committed to providing a respectful and creative learning environment for all students and to maintaining honest and transparent communication with those who attend my classes.
