Creative Condo Concepts Pretoria is the most pathetic company on earth. They will build you a nutec flat or house and afterwords are unwilling to supply you with an agrigate certificate. So I doubt if they do comply with SABS standards. Their after service is pathetic... there is no such thing. Quinton never answers the phone, his wife keeps on making false promises and they just ignore your emails. I would stay away from this company and advise everybody to cut them out and make use of other companies. I don't recommend them at all. I don't want to give them 1, but rather-1000. There are 1000 other better companies to choose from.
