Bad service & poor communication
I did an enquiry about products that I was interested in on 14/2/2020. It took the suppliers 12 days to assist me properly. On 26/2/2020 I eventually did payment due to the bad service from the supplier. I was also told on 26/2/2020 that she will take it to the Courier Guy to be delivered. I kept on following up with her on when I can expect delivery. On Friday 6/3/2020 when I started to get really annoyed with the because she still did not give me a proper answer on delivery. Friday morning I asked for a tracking number so I can find out myself whats is going to. She said she will get back to me. At 13:00 I asked yet again for the tracking number. Then I was told that they will deliver before 16:00. My words to her was I work until 15:00 but I will wait if they will be here before 16:00. There was a no show. I work in a not so nice area. I had to wait an hour outside work as she told me they will come. It is dangerous for a woman to wait outside in a car in a not so nice area. At 16:00 I told her that it was a no show. She could not even apologize. On Monday morning 9/3/2020 I asked yet again for the tracking number. And she eventually gave me the tracking number. It was only collected by the courier on Thursday 5/3/2020 there was no way it would've been delivered on Friday.. The service is very bad and Creative Love do not know how to communicate with clients. It doesn't matter if I buy a 100's of products or just 2 you need to communicate properly to each client.
