A dishonest retail person

Please assist with this Amo.exclusive.kicks. This is an online shop and sole person owned by the guy named Amo. We have made a payment for the takkies and the guy now refuses to deliver and says he never received the money, yet his automatic response confirmed that they have received the payment, we have all the proof and he even insisted that we go for a bank statement, we went and proved it to him, when he has to go for his bank statement to prove that he didn’t receive the money, he runs around. The payment was done on the 23rd December 2021, but until today, he kept on refusing that he received the payment and does not want to deliver.

Kindly assist, I trust you guys, you are now my last resort. I have been begging him since then, but now, I am losing it, it’s too much for me.
