Disgusting customer service/Disgusting owner

To even give Cre@tivity Booysens store a 1-star rating is far too much for their pathetic mannerisms and customer service, when entering the store you have a man who is part of the staff dancing in the passageways and knocking people as they walk through the cluttered isles. We then have the apparent owner of the store who thinks he can speak to customers the way he feels fit. DO NOT ever take back their incorrectly sized labelled shoes because they will not swop the wrong size for a correct size!!! the owner will also throw it in your face that he owns 60 stores and he does not care about you not having a slip to just swop shoes. Even though Creativity is at fault for their incorrectly labelled sizes. next time you want to get clever I hope it is with a man that can you give you a taste of your own disgusting attitude .
