Beware the fineprint - please be careful

We wanted to re-uphoster a couch. We paid a deposit, changed our mind a few days later. Creators Studio declined to refund our deposit, saying that it is stated on their terms and conditions and fineprint that they don't do refunds.

I asked if they could please reconsider, as they had not yet incurred any expenses or made any arrangements for our couch by the time we cancelled. They declined.

Please be careful with them.
