Credit Burue not remove name of blacklisting after 3 years

Been blacklisted for more than 3 years about a bad car that leaked oil on purchase and which jeadlights whas out alingmemt dur to front smah i whas not informed of

Quistion why have i been not removed from blacklist yet I email credit burea etc all they do is send you links of partners who got no contact details.

Many of my friends been rwmoved of blaclisting some after 3 years some after 5 yrs.
