Credit Gain Services are criminals

This company is committing credit card fraud. I also see they are not replying any complaints on this platform. They debited R395 from my account and this was my first ever interaction with them. It is true we tend to accept certain things without even reading but I went through my emails and sms's there is no mention of such a company in my history. So out of nowhere I just pay R395 for a service I never applied for. Legitimate companies keep tabs on reviews they get on this platform and they take steps to assist their clients accordingly. I went to their website to look for their number I called the number and a man called David answered after explaining to him why I'm calling he told me to hold as he puts me through to customer services their number is not toll free and he had me holding until my airtime ran out. I tried calling again but no one is answering. These people are criminals and I will report them to the relevant authorities so they can be dealt with.
