I was contacted on Monday by this company, they said that they will assist me clearing my name and my wife as we have a combined account. They did give me a credit Done from Bureau that shows that I am clean and I have a good credit score and is not at risk.

Monday after noon I was phoned again by explaining the credit score and I was told that I am not under Debt Review as the bank states.

I was promised that I will be contacted on Tuesday and was never phoned. I pick up the phone and call them, they do not answer at all.

And they have loaded a debit order to go off once off R950 at end off November.

This is really not on to treat your clients like this
