I have never had such an infuriating experience with *********** staff. This issue has gone on for months. I have requested information which I never received and each time a new person phones and promises to get me the information. Staff are not trained, they do not think any further than asking for money, they cannot follow up on a matter. The outcome is that we do not owe Eskom, Eskom actually owes us a refund and yet I keep getting phone calls full of empty promises to update the account. We have dealt with Kena, Precious to name a few. This is utter abuse. Can someone who is capable finalise this matter.
