Terrible terrible terrible service

I ordered a cressi commander BCD via a local dive centre. Paid in full. They paid the funds to the South African based cressi agent. Months went by with no feedback, I got one SMS telling me it was delayed. The agent (Dion) does not communicate with that dive centre or me. Took the money and disappeared. Tried to get feedback from cressi itself. Total silence. 8 months and R15 000 later I still have nothing. Order cressi products at your own risk. Dishonest and unreliable people.
