Beware Cretecon Projects and Dillan Webb!!
To all the members of this group, beware of using Cretecon projects (not to be confused with Cretecon construction) or Dillan webb for any projects. I used them at my home and rue the day. Plaster work done was substandard, and basically nothing more than sand falling off the walls not even a week after completion, floors not leveled, many things poorly done and damages caused to my property. When I raised the issue I was threatened on the phone with assault, very much like what you can see from the attached link being caught on camera by a news crew: https://www.enca.com/shows/devi-25-march-2021, and only when there was no backing down did they agree to come back and “check”. They admitted fault, agreed on a scope of works to be redone in writing(which I would be happy to share with anyone who would like to see it), showed up on day 1 to start, and then just never came back leaving the property in an even worse condition. Now again, obstinate and contradictory responses, outright refusal to complete the works along with threats and intimidation tactics, which seems to be the standard MO, having a look at a complaint given by another lady on hellopeter: https://www.hellopeter.com/george-and-sons/reviews/beware-of-george-webb-dillan-webb-and-sons-3450181. This has been my personal experience….be very careful when using these guys!
