Bought a Crosley sound system a couple of years ago and the Power adapter broke. Needed a replacement and made contact with the company via the email address provided on their website. Was pleasantly surprised when they responded to my mail within 24hours. Excellent service received from agent who assisted me, Lucas Ramokonopi. Well done on excellent customer service!

Really terrible experience! I would not recommend ordering directly from them. As mentioned in previous reviews, they seem friendly and helpful to begin with but when it comes down to it - after you have paid - they are terrible. I let them know that it was for a 21st Birthday and as long as I could get my order on a specific date that I would go ahead with it. She proceeded to say she would send me the invoice. So I assumed that all was in order for Wednesday's delivery? I then, the customer, had to follow up for an invoice as it had been 24 hours before I received anything. In response, I received a "Please make payment immediately" - which I thought was a bit rude as I was the one asking for the invoice. I paid within 5 minutes of receiving the invoice. I received no confirmation/ reply that all was in order On Wednesday the 21st I still had received no comms after sending the POP/ no tracking number/ no confirmation - so I followed up at 11:23. No response. We then phoned at 15:00 - no answer, I then sent another email at 16:15 - no reply. I eventually got hold of sales and managed to get hold of Rene. She then stated she will get me the tracking number in 30 min, she then sent me the wrong number, I told her it was to Port Shepstone and she said it is the correct one. I then phoned her again to tell her I do think it is incorrect - she then provided me with the correct tracking number, this is all 15 min before Dawnwing closed. I then had no present to give to my sister on her 21st birthday, which is not just a normal birthday! Nowhere was I told that I cannot get a refund or cancel my order. Loot had it for R1132 with free delivery and since telling Crosley this, they said they made contact with Loot and they then increased their price, first to R1635 (21/09) and now I see now have increased it again to R2499. (22/09)

I was asked b a friend to look at their 10 year old Crosley Record player which had been damaged during moving house. I found a number of issues and called Crosley. Without any questions Crosley took the Record player and repaired it for me at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed with their Service we and a friend of ours bought one too. I wish all Companies offered Service like this.

I was asked b a friend to look at their 10 year old Crosley Record player which had been damaged during moving house. I found a number of issues and called Crosley. Without any questions Crosley took the Record player and repaired it for me at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed with their Service we and a friend of ours bought one too. I wish all Companies offered Service like this.

The worst company I have had to deal with. Contacted them they seemed friendly, but useless when you have a problem. After contacting them and being referred to their technical department we were ignored and got no response, so after 3 months of struggling and trying to get some advice or help with a defective unit still under warranty, we have given up and will never use them or their products again.
