If I could give zero stars I would have for cross stitch supplies
I have been a loyal customer of cross stitch supplies spending close to R4000.00 since 2019 after placing an order on the 3rd of May 2022 and paying for the order I received an email from the owner Sam saying she couldn’t fulfill my requested items and would I be willing to swop out items she didn’t have in stock for items she did have in stock. I agreed and she said she would send my order out the following day which was the 13th of May I have still not received my order after numerous attempts via email, Facebook and WhatsApp I have been totally ignored I would not suggest this company as their customer service and correspondence is absolutely atrocious.

08 Jun 2022, 06:10I have just received correspondence from the courier company that cross stitch supplies uses to deliver their orders that my order is on its way. This all could have been avoided if there was some communication from the company I really wish I didn’t have to go to the extreme measure to have to report them here. I have never had an issue with previous orders with cross stitch supplies so communication is the key element to have avoided this issue.
