Cross roads Dangerous driver driving petrol truck almost cause 4 car accident

Good day.

I was looking for an email for Cape town.

Your truck driver nearly caused two accidents in Koeberg road today at 14:50 pm.

Swerving into lanes dangerously from the far left lane into the middle lane and then into the right lane, causing me to emergence break in the middle of the road with a car behind me. Almost causing a four car accident.

Kindly reprimand the driver as I am posted this on helloPeter as well.
