Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge- what a disappointment
First of all our actual unit that was booked wasn't ready as yet when we arrived. They have moved us to another unit. Then the microwave wasn't working, the fridge didn't make cold the braaier was rusted through. And then the worst it's festive season and the children's game room is in a horrible condition I've took some photos of the ceiling that's leaking while children have to play inside the one side of the ceiling is busy collapsing. In the rainy weather there is nothing for the children to do as the gaming room is in a condition where I will not leave my children. I understand 100% no under 12's for the jacuzzi but for the inside pool aswell no under 12's not nice. Everything to do there is no under 12's. Come on not happy at all and very disappointed about the inside game room for children.

Crystal Springs mountain lodge WORTH IT
Fabulous... Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Great service. Clean houses. Comfortable bedding. The staff also does not tolerate people breaking rules... Very organized! Impressed👌 However the washing hanging from the houses behind the clubhouse is a eyesore...also R29 a coke at the restaurant yet R15 at the spa..?

Dissapointed
Very dissapointed we booked 2 x 8 sleepers for 16 adults when we arrived after driving for 6 hours we were told an 8 sleeper is for 6adults and 2 kids under 12 we then had to fork out cash for another 4sleeper after waiting 2hrs we were given keys to the rooms which were infested with bees then waited for new rooms which we given after 30mins the pools and activities are so far from the rooms we have to drive there the shop is extreamly over priced the bar was so dissapointing after spending so much cash in drinks and food we then were told we making noise the club house doesnt allow kids under 16 so our 15year old couldnt use the heatwd pool we were paying customers but we treated in this manner we expected to be treated with respect if it wasnt for the friendly cleaning staff and the fact that we couldnt get a refund wee would have left

Best resort
I can recommend people to go the, the staff members are amazing, from reception the Wellcome us is a good way,the restaurant chef were amazing, and the resort is so clean ,we enjoyed even game drive, the is peace of mind thre

Perfect place to go for vacation
This place location is perfect, when you wake up in the morning, you breathe natural air, the chef was amazing, they understood us and catered us very well,the staff was fantastic,and place is very clean, I really appreciate our cleaner sister Elizabeth, she cleaned for us very well,I really really enjoyed,
