Unethical behaviour & poor work ethics (PLEASE be carefull) - BREACH OF CONTRACT

- Appointed CS Construction (Chris & Susan) to renovate our dream home. - Paid 75% of the total project and only a small % of work was done when they abruptly pulled out of work. - Proceeding with legal action against them for breach of contract - Poor communication throughout the project (CLIENT had to assist wherever possible) - NHBRC certification not provided (even after requesting)

During the project, we experienced the following: - Poor communication! - Property consistently unsafe & untidy (family & pets at risk of getting hurt)! - Over promising & under-delivering! - Sub-contractor not provided with proper plans to work from (Engineer had to request that proper plans be printed & provided to workers so that they stop making mistakes) - Not attending to issues timeously

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ALWAYS HAVE A PROPER CONTRACT IN PLACE!!!

ALWAYS HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN IN PLACE SO THAT YOU PAY FOR WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE!!!
