NON DELIVERY OF PROMISED SERVICE

Accepted quote for removal of household contents from Jhb to Nelspruit. It included boxes, blankets, 4 assistants and staff to pack boxes the day before the move, and shuttle bakkie to take goods from house to street. Paid a 50% deposit at time of booking - balance to be paid on day of move.The promised staff to assist with packing the day before move didn't materialize - claimed a breakdown and would be there later in the day and then changed to super early the day of the move. Day of the move came and no packing staff. Eventually truck with assistants arrived but no boxes or blankets and asked for money to buy boxes!! I refused and driver and 1 assistant left to get boxes. Meanwhile packers moved into house to start moving furniture out of the house in readiness to shuttle to truck when driver returned with boxes. Nothing was being wrapped and ornaments etc were just being dropped into whatever bag/box they could find in my house. I removed them from property.Driver returned with boxes scrounged from local supermarkets etc. Had to threaten police to get them to leave.. No response to calls to CS Removals office and not refund. Subsequent calls / communications ignored.
