It's unfortunate, but money is all they care about. Not about training chefs. Some of their lectures are so young, with no experience. I would caution against this institution.

Hi Christian B, you are welcome to raise any concern you have directly with me. As a training institution that is accredited with the QCTO and City & Guilds, all of our lecturers must have specific qualifications, industry experience and the relevant asessor qualification. This has to be on file and it is inspected with our yearly verification visits.
