Good day Warren, please allow me to respond. As per the various communication, we went beyond what was needed and we did accommodate and assist your friend throughout this time. You are referring to the fact that your friend wanted us to change information on a contract (exchange student names after it has been registered which we are not allowed to do). I am sorry if this made you feel that our service is poor, but unfortunately, we have accreditation regulations to uphold and we cannot change this to suit individuals. This is a violation of Accreditation authority regulations.
