I bought a Tivoli tap at CTM South Gate on the 14th of December but it is not working!
I tried calling the store to inform them about the matter and they told me they will send someone to come fix the tap.
2 weeks later I had to follow up on them to check if they are fixing the problem/ sending someone to fix the problem,but to my surprise they haven’t done anything about the matter till today since “ all their workers are on holiday “.
