Poor customer experience

Purchased Victron system from Current Automation Pretoria in July 2022. In 2023 Victron Inverter went completely dead. Current Automation came to collect inverter for repairs 3 Months later Got it back after another 3 months. Installation was not waterproofed properly as well. Had water coming through the cabling. Had to balance the batteries a few times as well as update firmware as the inverter goes wonky. Currently the pylontech batteries are faulty and Current Automation Head Office will not honour the installation as it was done by their Pretoria branch which has since closed down.
