I paid the required deposit for curtains and installation. They booked me for installation initially on a Thursday for the following week and when I indicated to them that the date is not suitable, they indicate that it was tentative. Then on the Tuesday, they call me to change the installation date to Wednesday at 9h00, to which I agreed but they urgently needed the remaining amount to be paid otherwise they would cancel the date. With it being December, I could not afford for them to cancel so I interrupted my day and made the payment and provided the POP. The next day was the beginning of my nightmare. The times were changed from 9h00 - 14h00 to 15h30 to 16h00, let alone the more that 10 times I was told the installer is 10 or 20 minutes away. Eventually he arrived at 17h15 and wanted to off-load the material and come back for installation the next day. I refused and insisted that he does the installation. He finished at 20h05 and needless to say I do not want to see this company ever again. From my interaction with them, it seemed as if both the store and the workshop are used to this kind of run-a-round. The ease at which they all give you different stories was just too much. I had to insist on the installation at that late hour, having been inconvenienced the whole day because I had a feeling they would not come back.
