Fast, Efficient, and Totally Worth It!
I am beyond impressed with Custom Apparel! My partner placed an order yesterday at 11:00 (3 pants for R999), and by this morning we already received confirmation that it’s out for delivery. That kind of turnaround is amazing, especially when orders usually take 3–7 days. The speed and efficiency completely exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied with this experience and will definitely be ordering from them again very soon!

Unprofessional, 2 months later. Still waiting on my refund😒
Incredibly unprofessional service, will Never buy through them ever again. I bought 3 pairs of golf shorts on black friday deal, firstly I was informed they over sold and wanted to change my order to totally different material then what I had ordered, after 2 weeks of late emails I asked for replacement. After 3 weeks of no reply or very late replies on my message, I asked for refund. I have been waiting from the 23rd of December. Unacceptable! I have ordered in the past and was happy with my purchase. This treatment is utterly disgusting unprofessional and a joke. Refund was apparently placed on 12 Jan, Im still waiting on my refund😤

ZERO SERIVCE REFUND STILL PENDING
Awful service. Received golf shorts that I ordered. I was not happy with the quality of the material, and thus sent it back and requested a refund. When I heard nothing, I contacted them via WA and after quite some time was told they had not received my return. This message was subsequently deleted and another sent to advise that they had indeed received my parcel. I enquired when I would receive a refund and was told their accounts department was on leave till the 12th. Again, 2026 backwards and forwards trying to get someone, anyone to respond. Finally I called and was told the person in accounts has been off for a month there is a backlog of refunds needing to be done. At this point I had had enough and told them this was a Custom Apparel problem and not my problem. I was then advised I would receive a call back. Well, well, well, not surprisingly, I received no call and NO REFUND! Based off my experience I would not purchase from them again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Zero Customer service or empathy. You have lost a very supportive customer due to your poor customer service. All you had to do was just try give a bit of effort, but clearly that was too much to ask.

Free delivery a lie , there is mysterious fees at the end.
It is sad that this company choose to spoil the whole experience at the very end by being less than honest about free delivery nationwide . There is a fee charged at the very end disguised as regional fee that is basically the delivery fee. I have checked , my whole delivery is covered with this "Fee" If a company lies to you from the start , it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Non Delivery of ordered goods
I paid using the payment interface that Custom Apparel is contracted with. The funds have been deducted from my account, but Custom Apparel says that the items have not been paid. I dont have the money I paid and I also do not have the goods that I paid for. The reference on my bank statement is clear that the funds were paid to Custom Apparel. Besides the weekend, it has been 3 business days and the matter has not been resolved. Custom Apparel refuses to take any responsibility for how their system functions.

Stay away
If I could give 0 Stars, I would. Honestly terrible to try deal with, Emails go unanswered, phone calls go ignored. Will recommend to my corporate clients to steer clear of this company
