Very Bad service

My wife and I phoned Custom doors and gates and spoke to Pam. She assured me that they are the best.I asked her for a quote for the automation of two roll up garage doors. They said they could do both doors on one motor. When they arrived they said because of a pillar they cannot do it with one motor but I was told that they will make a plan. They will make a bracket - I said that is fine but I need a quote for the work. After more than a week I phoned the office - there was no reply. I phoned Jacques on his cell and asked him again for a quote. He told me that Pam was off sick and that the people in the office had to send the quote.<br> Monday 11/04/2016 they arrived with motor and bracket. I had to take time off at work again.The bracket did not fit which I accept. I asked him when will he be back with another bracket. He said at 9.30 on13/04/2016. That would give enough time to do the necessary work.. I arrange with my work once again.<br> They phoned me at 9 on Wednesday telling me they need 3 hours more. I could not arrange with my work for another time .<br> I never in my life experienced such bad service with a rude person like Pam and wont recommend them to anybody else.<br> Thanks <br>
