TERRIBLE KITCHEN SUPPLIERS

We initially made use of the services of CUSTOM KITCHENS FACTORY (PTY) LTD , for a bit of building work (adding one window) and a new kitchen.

1. My husband had to take time off work to supervise the workers of this company, as they did not attend to it properly. If my husband was not at home to assist, it is very likely that we would have had bigger issues. 2. There was a 4cm discrepancy between the two sides of the window and my husband insisted that they fix it. 3. The walls were not properly finished and we had to add pressure to get this done. 4. We bought new lights and one of the lights were damaged and this was just left as if nothing happened. 5. The granite tops were installed skew and some of the sides remained unpolished. 6. The actual measurements of the cupboards were off, one cupboard was entirely wrong and the company insisted that it was. Only after my husband showed them on the final drawing as signed off, did they indicate that they will attend to rectify. 7. We were initially promised that the works and kitchen would be done within 3 weeks, it is now more than 5 weeks and there are no persons on site today. 8. There are missing cupboard drawers. 9. There are water leakages with the new taps. 10. The paint job is not done. 11. The above is not an exhaustive list of items which are outstanding.

The director of the company and her husband both appear to be careless, as they have given the impression that as a customer we do not matter and no attempt has been made to properly assist or to provide a quality service.

The attitude is either hostile or there is simply no response.

When we contacted the sales guy this morning to find out where the guys are, he was under the impression that the job was finished.

POOR POOR SERVICE, WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL!!!
