CV Wizard: Subscription Cancelled Same Day, No Refund Received
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from CV Wizard. A subscription fee was deducted from my account without me being fully aware that it would renew automatically. As soon as I noticed the deduction on the same day, I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted their support team via email. I also attached proof of payment showing the amount deducted. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance regarding my refund request. This was a significant amount of money for me, and I respectfully requested that they review my case. Even if a full refund is not possible, I asked them to kindly consider a partial refund. However, I have been ignored. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY DEDUCTED IS ZAR 299.99 I politely request that they can atleast refund me ZAR 200 or ZAR 150 ,and in that case I haven't used any access to the account immediately even told them to cancel the access because this was all a mistake I didn't mean to subscribe. I kindly ask CV Wizard to please respond and resolve this matter urgently.

Not happy at all!!!
Also not happy with the service rendered by the institution. I did my CV on their platform and paid for it. Suddenly now I am being charged R299.This seems to be a trend as also the other reviewers are complaining about the same thing!

Refund of my money on CVwizard
I only use this site once to make my cv and they asked me to pay R29 at first to get my cv so I did paid, and this month R299 came out from my account for cvwizard , I didn't sign up to pay for this money and I want a refund of my money and to cancel my account on this app

CVWizard Is An Online ****
This online site is a ****. I cancelled my subscription and they still deducted R299 from my account imagine, and they kept attempting till I had something in my account. You cant trust companies from netherlands, companies there are heartless, firstly you are looking for a job and using their site to generate it, they will draft you the worst CV and on top of that *****ulently take your money even though you never got any job, so they are taking from a poor person.
