****s!! trying to make me Pay for a services that is not done
Simone the accounts lady soo arrogant and tell me to give her settlement on work that is not done .This company are a bunch of ****s . We built our website with them and paid our account in full and Jaco Suggested we do google adds and they claimed they are working on it and we found out they where actually not doing any campaigns and decided to cancel it and they Donny want to cancel it instead they are billing us and when we refuse to pay they shut down our website which is paid for and are refusing to give us our Files . they also want us to pay for the second website which was never built . I wouldn't recommend them at all .

A Website and Email is not enough to promote your business - beware
May I use the opportunity to warn inexperienced, new business owners, to be aware of this legitimate company that design websites and create an email account for you. It sounds so exciting to have this product for your business, but you do not realize that you will still have to promote the business yourself. You have to push that website. You have to make your own Facebook site and advertise there. You have to do run promotions. At the end of the contract, 12 months, or 24 months later - if you stop paying the monthly fee - the website disappears and your email goes. Think clearly before you sign up for it. Read all the fine print. Do not assume it will do everything for you that you can't do yourself. Esme

Cyber Ads - DO NOT TRUST THEM
Very dishonest company. Debit order is for R2300 - they take R5980 out of my account - still waiting to find out what this was for. Start putting debit order through account when have not even started with the website. The website was SO BAD and unprofessional. NEVER gave approval for website, cannot use website, but they want to hold you liable for 36 months. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!!!!

Cyber Ads are Cyber bullies
About 3 years ago Cyber Ads, through their marketing person, signed a contract where they were to develop a website. In two weeks , I had a a previous service provider who had neglected doing the same website. I called Cyber Ads marketing consultant that my website had been sorted and I wished to cancel. Cyber Ads hadn't done anything, 1. No domain registration 2. No consultation with a web developer Completely nothing! For over 3 years they have an aggressive female calling me regularly asking for full website fee. If they are right at law why can't this Cyber bully company go to court on this matter than keep bugging me!

DONT SIGN UP WITH CYBER ADS
This company is absolute fraudsters, for 1 year we signed up and received no service - after numerous excuses of template and changes which were promised in the sales pitch never materialized. they to claim payment is not made when the have incompetent system that debits your bank account but they never allocate to outstanding invoices, they refused to close the account when cancellation letter received claiming the account was behind. after proving they were paid on time and received cancellation letter they claiming 8 months of payments

SERVICES IS **** POOR AND THEY ARE BULL****TERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The company I work for build two websites with them last year which I was in control of content. The "technology" is **** poor according to their so called "PRO WEBSITE DESIGNERS" they work on this program called KENESIS. Guys it's a load of bull****, not user friendly and they can never change a theme. They push you to finilise the website even when you are not happy. After that they will charge you more just to get to the conclusion that it can not be done. WE PAID R12 000 for absolutely NOTHING!!! We had to get the website rebuild from another company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
